ATA Training Center Inc. ("ATA" or "the CDL Training Center") provides CDL training services to students seeking to obtain a commercial driver’s license. By enrolling in or participating in any training program offered by ATA, students acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. No Guarantee of Employment: Completion of a CDL training program does not guarantee employment, job placement, or future earnings. ATA provides training and guidance but is not responsible for securing employment for students.

  2. No Warranty or Liability: ATA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the training services provided. The School is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during training or while operating vehicles under instruction.

  3. Compliance with Regulations: Students must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations related to CDL training, testing, and operation. Failure to meet legal or safety requirements may result in termination from the program without a refund.

  4. Assumption of Risk: Participation in CDL training involves inherent risks, including the operation of large vehicles in various driving conditions. Students assume full responsibility for their safety and actions during training sessions.

  5. Medical and Physical Requirements: Students must meet all medical and physical requirements mandated by the Department of Transportation (DOT) to qualify for CDL licensing. The School is not responsible for a student’s inability to meet these requirements.

  6. Indemnification: Students agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATA, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in training activities.

  7. Policy Changes: ATA reserves the right to update policies, procedures, and training requirements without prior notice. Students are responsible for staying informed of any changes.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Enrollment and Payment: Students must complete the enrollment process and pay all applicable fees before beginning training. Payment plans, if available, must be adhered to as agreed upon in the enrollment contract.

  2. Attendance and Conduct: Regular attendance is mandatory. Any unexcused absences or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or expulsion from the program.

  3. Refund Policy: Tuition fees are non-refundable except in cases where ATA cancels a program. If a student withdraws voluntarily, refunds will be handled in accordance with the school’s refund policy.

  4. Vehicle Usage and Responsibility: Training vehicles must be used only for instructional purposes. Any damages caused due to negligence or reckless behavior may result in financial liability for the student.

  5. Graduation Requirements: Students must successfully complete all coursework, training hours, and pass the CDL skills test to receive certification of completion.

  6. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to behave professionally, follow instructor guidelines, and adhere to all school policies and safety protocols.

  7. Drug and Alcohol Policy: ATA maintains a zero-tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use. Any student found under the influence during training will be immediately dismissed without a refund.
